The options above can be combined into any number of ways to create an optimal personalized diet. Restructuring your diet to include warm easier digesting foods, combined with the Maya abdominal massage, and oils has helped many people speed up and recover from abdominal issues. That traditional western medicine has failed to provide a remedy for despite all of the advances in research equipment and drugs. Sometimes the best answer is the simplest, and in this case possibly the oldest. This approach to health, and healing, using alternative medicine has been around for thousands of years, and there is a reason that it stayed around so long, because it worked. Our bodies are all harmoniously unique, does western medicine help a large percentage of the first world population, of course it does and successfully as well. However these ancient techniques are time proven, and instead of being the last resort should instead be the go to. “It makes me really upset when I hear people talk about how long they have been suffering from different types of abdominal, or digestion issues, as well as women suffering from severe menstrual cycle’s, and menopause (N,Gentry)”. “Because to me the answer is often very simple and the patient typically notices results immediately, or within their cycle or week," (Natalie Gentry).
